THIS IS NOT A REAL GYM & IS USED FOR DEMO PURPOSES ONLY
Woody’s Studiio hosts a wide range of cardio equipment including treadmills, bikes, crosstrainers, stairmasters and even ecoline cardio machines that are energy free. There are over 100 pin & plate loaded resistance machines & two dumbbell areas. Two 10m astro turf lanes for functional training & a mirrored studio room for classes & hire.
You will find everything you need nutrition wise with fresh protein shakes, pre work out drinks & much more made in our juice bar. We also have a variety of nutritional supplements for sale.
